The ranking is public. One file is not the whole ranking.

xAI publishes the code that ranks the For You feed, weights included: +20 for a copy-link, +5 for a reply, -234 for a report. The score is a sum of weight × predicted probability, not a count of likes, so those numbers price actions nobody ever sees. And the params are not in one place. The out-of-network discount and the author-diversity decay live in vm-ranker/params.rs, not in home-mixer/params/param.rs: read only the file everyone quotes and you will report that they do not exist. I read both, and the numbers below are what the files say.

Length is logarithmic: the file spans 0.004 to 234, so a linear axis would show one bar and erase the rest. Bonus and malus are read on that axis; multipliers fill on their own 0–1 scale, because a multiplier is not an added weight.
